The "Mitsubishi Nuche Filter (NF)" is a horizontal plate-type filtration device equipped with a multifunctional special rotating blade, capable of efficiently performing filtration, advanced cake washing, dewatering, and drying all within a single container. It demonstrates its capabilities in fields where quality improvement and equipment rationalization are required to prevent contamination from foreign substances, such as in fine chemicals. 【Features】 ■ Complies with pressure vessel structure standards and can be customized to various customer specifications. ■ A pressurized filtration machine (or vacuum filtration machine) with filter media (filter cloth or mesh) attached to the horizontal filter plate inside a sealed container. ■ Equipped with a special stirring blade that moves up and down via a hydraulic cylinder, allowing efficient execution of filtration, cake expansion, cake washing, drying, and cake discharge all in one machine. ■ The time for each process can be arbitrarily set according to the slurry characteristics, enabling expansion and stirring operations that achieve advanced filtration and washing effects, demonstrating the ability to recover high-quality products. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
